GL Green & Associates, LLC (GL Green) is seeking a partner for the development of the Sonoma Ranch Hotel and Residences in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
The project is anchored by the Sonoma Ranch Hotel and Spa, which will be built on the award winning Sonoma Ranch Golf Course. The project also includes 223 multifamily residences, which will be built in a phased development plan over 36-48 months.
We’ve structured the loan to utilize more than $4,500,000 in equity that we have in our land holdings. This equity will serve as the down payment and collateral that is necessary to obtain both construction and permanent financing. The loans have been preliminary approval, subject to securing an additional partner. Our purpose in seeking a partner is to add financial strength to the balance sheet and overall loan package.
Las Cruces, New Mexico’s diverse and growing economy provides an excellent opportunity for investment in the multifamily and hospitality sector. Various studies and reports, as well as a series of ongoing national recognitions all explain why Las Cruces is advantageously positioned to realize explosive growth over the next decade and beyond. Multifamily occupancy rates are currently above 95 percent and the Las Cruces hospitality sector provides stable occupancy rates throughout the year.
