Pakenham is the largest town with 36,146 residents.
This Residential 1 zoned development site in Pakenham, forms part of a 91 hectare Community Master Plan which will provide 738 allotments, proposed commercial centre, shopping precinct and a primary school in which the subject land sub division is directly opposite.
The subject land sub division encompasses an area of 2.479 hectares (6.12 acres) and holds a Development Permit to develop 82 dwellings and the sub-division of the land into 82 allotments.
To date the project has 15 allotments pre-sold which equates to the gross pre-sale figure of $1,999,207. As previously mentioned we are seeking $2,090,000. At this point the pre-sales nearly equal the loan amount sought.
Your funds will be fully secured by way of First Mortgage and the mortgage will be registered in your name. Your lawyer can be engaged to act on your behalf to document the transaction. All costs associated with documenting the loan will be payable by the borrower
